Two one bedroom kottages, furnished for fun and relaxation, with families in mind. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown shopping, restaurants and water front park facilities, these kottages each have a queen bed and sleeper sofa, contain a full kitchen and full bath, heating/air conditioning, DISH TV, DVD-VCR, wireless Internet, outdoor seating, outdoor cooking facilities and more!

Pets Allowed in Brown Kottage
Pets welcome in the Brown Kottage ! - Due to overwhelming demand, we will continue to accept small dogs with guests reserving the Brown Kottage. An additional $50.00 deposit will be required from guests bringing pets. A $30.00 cleaning fee will be charged. You must disclose that you are bringing a pet prior to arrival and pay the additional deposit and cleaning fee up front. The Blue Kottage will remain pet free to accomodate our guests who may have allergies. Contact us for further information. Sorry, we are not accepting cats at this time. Other pets will be considered on a case by case basis.
