Active Duty, Reserve, National Guard, Retired, American Legion and VFW members will receive a 10% discount off the in-season and off-season, full week rate. Offer excludes weekends, mini-weeks, and other special offers. Please inform us of your status when you make your reservation.  You will be charged the regular price intially.  You will receive a rebate on your discounted portion upon arrival and check-in when you present your valid ID.   Thank you for serving!

• NO REFUNDS within 30 days of reservation. 
• NO REFUNDS FOR WEATHER OR ACTS OF GOD OR MAN BEYOND OUR CONTROL.  (Inluding but not limitted to Hurricanes, Floods, Internet and Television Service Outages)
• Cancellations 30 days or more prior to arrival will result in a $50.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations must be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival, including security deposit. 
• Pets must be declared prior to arrival.  Undeclared pets will not be allowed and no refund will be given. 
• Please remember to bring your own linens and towels unless you have made prior arrangements.  Bring your own paper products.

o    $150 Securty Deposit Required with pet. 

o    $30.00 Non-refundable cleaning fee required with pet

o    Balance due 60 days prior to reservation.  Reservations inside of 60 days require payment in full, inside 30 days payment is required by Paypal to confirm reservation

o    Security Deposit to be returned in 3-5 weeks upon satisfactory post check-out inspection
