KALEIDOSCOPE KOTTAGES

  One of our guests recently informed us that they received a $25 ticket for launching a Kayak from the town ramp at the Memorial Park without a Chincoteague town permit.  The permit only costs $5.  They found a ticket on their vehicle when they returned from their trip.  Permits may be obtained at the town office during business hours. 

Security deposit of $100.00 is required.  Security Deposit will be $150.00 for guests bringing pets.  Damages are not limited to the amount of the security deposit.  Guests will be liable for the full amount of any damages or missing equipment.  Security deposit will be returned in 2-3 weeks upon satisfactory post-occupancy inspection.

Check-in is 3:00 PM, Check-out is 10:00 AM.  Weekly Rentals run from Saturday to Saturday.  (Please call ahead if you are arriving after 8:00 PM.)   Owners live on-site.  The office is at the back door of 6248 Mumford Street.

One key wil be provided with your unit.  Lost keys will result in a $15.00 service charge.

Parking s limited to one vehicle per family per unit on the property.  Additional parking is available on the street and in municipal lots.

Smoking is not permitted in the units!  Smoking in the units may result in evicition.  No refund will be given.

Alcoholic beverages may be consumed responsibly and discreetly.  Failure to comply may result in eviction.  In the event you are asked to leave for irresponsible alcohol consumption, you will not recieve a refund.

Small dogs will be allowed in the Brown Kottage.  The Blue Kottage and Beige Kottage will remain pet free to accomodate our guest who may have allergies.  An additional $50.00 deposit will be required from guests bringing a pet.  Guests will be required to pay a $30.00 cleaning fee.  We are not accepting cats at this time.  Other pets will be considered on a case by case basis.

Quiet hours will be between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.  Failure to comply may result in eviction.  No refund will be given

Blankets, Pillows, Bed Linens (Queen/King, Flats work great!)

Towels for the Beach and Bath and Kitchen

Groceries,  Cleaning Supplies,   Trash Bags    (Grocery Store located behind Kottages)

Sunscreen,   Insect Spray

Personal Paper Products, Toiletries, Personal Hygiene Items

Coolers,    Beach Chairs,   Beach Toys,   Fishing and Crabbing Gear

Cell Phone and Charger   (No Phone in Kottages, Office Phone may be used in case of Emergency)

Laundry Products   (Laundromat within walking distance)

DVDs,  VHSs, CDs  (Movies available to borrow)
